Ferris Family Medicine
Ferris Family Medicine hired me to design an identity that communicated their focus on community and excellence. The new identity needed to be traditional enough to appeal to their older patients while also appealing to the younger audience their original branding was not reaching.
By merging contemporary aesthetics with more a traditional medical symbol and keeping the identity simple, I was able to create an identity system that can attract a younger viewer without alienating the existing patient base.
Ferris Family Medicine is made up of four practicing doctors who each bring their own strengths to the table. The honey comb hexagon references this sense of community and the use of segmented blocks to create a cross communicates a sense of working together.
